The Call Within
A Men’s Journey of Power & Presence
Men’s Retreat - Chiang Mai, Thailand
November 4-8 2025
The Call
There comes a moment in every man’s life when the noise of the world can no longer drown out the voice within.
This men’s retreat is that moment. Over five days in the quiet landscape of Chiang Mai, you’ll dive deep into the practices of yoga, meditation, and transformative men’s work—surrounded by a brotherhood of men ready to grow beside you. Through powerful sharing circles and embodied practices of Yoga and meditation, you’ll shed old armor and come back to who you truly are. Join us and reclaim the clarity, purpose, and strength that were always yours.
Our Men’s Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiang Mai is a deep experience designed for men seeking mindful awakening, inner clarity and reconnection.
Just beyond the outskirts of Chiang Mai, nestled in the quiet beauty of Northern Thailand, lies the space for your next chapter. The Call Within is a five-day journey into the heart of masculine presence—where yoga, meditation, and deep men’s work come together in a potent container of truth, connection, and inner stillness. This is for men who feel the pull to turn inward, to strip away distractions, and to rediscover themselves in the company of brothers walking the same path.
Through embodied practices and honest conversation, you’ll reconnect with your body, your breath, and your deeper knowing—all held in a setting that invites stillness, reflection, and realignment.
This is the work. This is the call. Will you answer?
This is not a wellness getaway. This is a return to what matters.
Through carefully guided processes, we confront what’s real—our purpose, our patterns, and the parts of ourselves that are asking to be seen, healed, and empowered. Each day we move deeper: yoga and meditation ground us in presence, while men’s circles and men’s work practices create space for honesty, challenge, and breakthrough.
This is an invitation to drop the mask, lean into vulnerability, and reconnect with the man underneath.
If you're ready to step out of the noise and into your truth, this retreat will meet you there. You’ll leave Chiang Mai with more clarity, deeper connection, and the strength to walk forward with purpose.
The work begins when you say yes.

“Having the opportunity to hang with powerful and interesting men, I can see everybody struggles, and everyone has their personal journey. I can be who I am, and have my own journey among these men. I will bring this experience back to my family and loved ones.”

With a strong foundation in yoga, meditation, and men’s work, Gonçalo will hold space and lead you inward—into the places that matter most.

A men’s retreat is an immersive space, away from every day’s burdens, that promotes self-care, connection, self-reflection and transformation. The surrounding nature allows its serenity to be the backdrop for grounding, encourages present moment awareness and introspection. Beyond the adventure, and the break from daily life, taking part in this motorcycle retreat for men is a conscious choice to explore yourself and connect with others, cultivating a foundation for mindful and healthier living, with deeper clarity and purpose.
-
Men born in male bodies, longing to take a break, recharge and connect deeper with themselves and like-minded men through Yoga, men’s work and meditation.

In this retreat we will practice Kundalini Hatha Yoga, a spiritual development practice rooted in Indian Tantric traditions, Tibetan Bön, and Tibetan Buddhism. It introduces awareness of body, and health cultivation, offering gentle purification and strengthening.
Topics in our practice will include elemental balancing postures, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Catering to all ages, body types, and fitness levels, this practice emphasises listening to one's body and commit to personal growth.

“I went on this journey to discover something about myself, both mentally and physically. I learned I came from a place of toxic masculinity as a result of my up bringing, this trip helped me realise and set a path away from this, experiencing other man open up as they did is something I aspire too, I acknowledge this will take time though. There were also realisations about myself that only came to light during the sharing circles which has been valuable, and have subsequently sent me on a path of further discovery back in the real world. ”
