Art of Breath

Breathwork Facilitator Training

8-day immersive training for 1:1 breathwork facilitators.

The breath is more than something we do to stay alive. It is a doorway into the body, the nervous system, our emotions and the deeper patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and the world.

In this 8-day training, you will explore the transformative potential of breathwork through direct experience, self-inquiry and the practice of guiding others.

You will be invited to look beneath habitual patterns, limiting beliefs and embodied tensions, discovering what may be standing between you and greater clarity, presence and freedom.

At the same time, you will learn the foundations of facilitating breathwork sessions for others: how to create a safe and supportive space, how to guide a process, how to listen and observe, and how to accompany someone as they move through their own experience.

This is both a training and an inner journey: an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself while developing the skills to hold space for others.

“I had participated in men's circles where the focus was simply sharing. When I joined this course, I expected something similar, but it exceeded all my expectations. The training provides us with several tools to reflect and grow as human beings.”

Paulo A.

Drawing from years of facilitating men’s work, intimacy, body work and traditional hatha yoga, he combines embodied practices, reflection, dialogue and practical exploration to create spaces where participants can move beyond concepts and experience meaningful change in themselves and their relationships.

  • "Gonçalo has a very clear ability to teach and lead. The exercises presented throughout the course, as well as the tools and content, are very well designed, creating a smooth and engaging dynamic that is, in many ways, motivating and encourages full presence throughout all the sessions. The atmosphere is light and there is a strong sense of connection and trust among the participants, allowing everyone to feel safe and fully engage in the activities. In short, the quality of the course is truly outstanding. I loved it and highly recommend it."

    Luis S.
